Rocks, Jars, and New Life
from Go in Peace Hosted by Ben Ingelson
When Jesus calls us to love our enemies, to pray for those who persecute us, and to be merciful just as God is merciful to us, Jesus frees us with God's love and also leads us in ways that bring forth new life in us, in our relationships, and beyond. In worship on February 24, we made use of rocks, jars, and fresh plant cuttings to experience the power of Jesus' life-giving and challenging call to be merciful just as God is to us.
