Rodgers Pays Fine for Cannabis Oversight Slip | Montpelier News

Lieutenant Governor John Rodgers is paying a $2,500 fine after admitting he overlooked a minor regulatory hiccup—growing 100 cannabis seedlings in an unapproved greenhouse—despite holding licenses for two other sites. He blamed a lack of follow-up after his son handled the application, calling the penalty steep for what he sees as a low-stakes oversight. The Cannabis Control Board confirmed the violation during a routine inspection but declined to detail specifics. The incident, now settled, comes amid Rodgers’ political campaign against former Lt. Gov. Molly Gray. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
