Rodney Baltimore interviews Dr. Marvin Dunn Historian and Preservationist about the Board of Trustees of Miami Dade College Meeting on Tuesday December 2, 202 to avoid a lawsuit filed by Dr. Dunn by hosting a Public meeting. The meeting will take place at the Miami Dade College Hialeah Campus 1780 West 49th Street. at 8am on Tuesday December 2, 2025. The Background: The Board of Trustee have given to the state of Florida Free land in turn the state of Florida will give the land free to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation. Miami Dade College was accused of violating the state of Florida Sunshine Law and a lawsuit was filed by Dr. Dunn and a Judge agreed and set a trial date for August of 2026. Meanwhile on Thanksgiving Even a meeting was announced by the Miami Dade College Board of Trustee in order to have that lawsuit dropped. Dr. Dunn and supporter have cried foul that the public is on the Thanksgiving Holiday break and in order to speak at Tuesday meeting you must sign up on Monday December 1, 2025. The land value is 67 million dollars and the commercial value is 350 million dollars. Currently Miami Dade College is having financial problems and Dr. Dunn filed a suit because of the violation of the Sunshine Law and why give land free when the college need money and is not getting anything? Dr. Dunn has borrowed $150,00 to file the lawsuit and also has set up a Go Fund Me page.
