Rodney Baltimore interviews Tracey Welch Parent & Event Coordinator for Flanagan Senior High School in Broward County will host 'Falcon Sound Invitational' on Saturday September 30, 2023 at the school located 12800 Taft Street in Pembroke Pines. This Invitational will feature over 20 high school marching bands and exhibition bands from the University of Miami, Florida Memorial University, and Florida Atlantic University. along with Military representation.
