Rodney Baltimore interviews Founder and city of Miramar Commissioner Carson Eddy Edwards for the 23rd Annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival on Sunday November 9, 2025 at Miramar Regional Park 16801 Miramar Parkway , Miramar Fl from 1pm to 10pm. Jerk cooking was developed by African Maroons who escaped capture. The festival features over 27 vendors cooking Jerk dishes from ice cream, chicken, pork and other Caribbean delights including oxtails, goat. There will be a Healthy food demonstration a chef competition at the Publix Pavilion, Bun eating contest, patty eating contest,.
