Rodney Baltimore interviews Commissioner Carlson Eddy Edwards of the city of Miramar, FL for 'Taste of the Caribbean' in honor of Caribbean Heritage month on Saturday June 28, 2025 at the Miramar Regional Park 16801 Miramar Parkway Miramar, FL from 5pm to 10pm. Various Caribbean Countries will have cultural displays, food, and music. A special tribute will be to the country of Monserrat will experience a Volcanic Eruption 30 years ago along with a musical tribute to Arrow. Reggae, Soca, Cooking demonstrations with Chef Reese, Chef Gonzales, Chef William and others. A free event but a $10 parking fee for vehicles. Wear your Island colors.
