There will be free assistance from the Haitian Lawyers Association, Catholic Legal Services, Hispanic Unity Florida, Americans for Immigrant Justice, The New American Campaign ,Nova Southeastern University Law Students . Please be at least 18 years of age, Legal or Permanent Resident for 5 years, or 3 years if married to a US Citizen. To qualify for Free Application waives bring 2024 or 2025 tax return, Food stamp, Medicaid award letter or Social Security Income Letter.
