Rogue Three - Evangelicals
from For Christ's Sake, Anakin! Hosted by Matthew Neugebauer
"Evangelicals." It's a word used a lot these days, often pejoratively describing a ceetain political faction in the US. But it takes in a lot more than just those folks, even in North America, much less around the world. And even if it continues the heritage of the Reformation, it also includes a renewed openness to Bishops, Sacraments and other things it used to eschew or downplay. (If you were Evangelical Anglican, you never eschewed them: they helped preach the Gospel.) What does the word mean, and who does it apply to? And can their spritual and political goals be as divergent as those of Mace Windu and Rey-one of the last Jedi of the Republic and the Next Jedi of the Resistance?
