We end our 3 part Rogue War Character Corner special with the only group of villains to actually be Rogues (well at least part of them). They might have silly costumes and silly names but when you realize that these villains go up against the Fastest Man Alive and routinely give him hell, you realize just how powerful and dangerous Flash’s rogues are.
