El representante del Centro Mandela analizó la situación financiera del estado provincial, advierte que habrá dificultades en el primer semestre producto de la acumulación de la deuda flotante, y por la pérdida de privilegios de fondos que llegaban del estado nacional para aplicarse a distintos fines. Afirmó que "Tendremos un sinnúmero de dificultades en términos de gestión por una falta de financiamientos".
