After 13 years of mentoring, training and coaching others to reach their full potential at companies like LinkedIn, Andrea hung up her hat as a top salesperson in order to focus on reimagining the future of work for women and mothers. Becoming a mother in 2020 was the catalyst for Andrea diving into her own self-discovery journey and subsequent career expansion which led to the creation of Made to Mother Co - a business aimed at empowering women with the tools necessary to navigate the modern workplace, and helping businesses create and roll-out parental leave programs. Andrea’s dream is to help make paid parental leave the norm across the entire US for all birthing people.Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner, which means she understands the link between the way we are raised to think about motherhood and how these beliefs play into the way we see ourselves and our careers once we become mothers.
