In March 2024, Roman had an upset stomach and high fever. He was feeling worse and his parents took him to a local hospital. Tests were negative, but his mom, Heather, pushed for more tests. When his blood work results came in, Roman was diagnosed with ALL at age 4. Roman is in treatment now, and has nine more months to go. He loves action figures, playing with cars, baseball, basketball, and spending time with his two sisters Mila (8) and Georgie (1).
