The Death of DEI? Recently our elite Universities have begun to dismantle Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs in response to an Executive Order signed by President Trump. Universities risked a loss of Federal funds and worse, investigations by the Federal Government for discrimination resulting from DEI Programs. DEI programs are the latest iteration of Affirmative Action which had recently been outlawed by the Supreme Court of the United States. Today’s show will address affirmative action vs DEI and Equality vs Equity!
