Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. As the day gathers pace, it’s easy for hope to become overshadowed by deadlines, responsibilities and unexpected interruptions. Yet the Lord never intended His people to live from empty reserves. He invites us to draw continually from His presence, where hope is renewed, peace settles our hearts and joy quietly returns. If today feels uncertain, pause with me and let God speak strength into your spirit. Romans 15:13 (NIV) “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” What a beautiful reminder. Our hope is not built upon changing circumstances or favourable outcomes. Our hope is rooted in the unchanging character of God. As we continue through this day, let’s remember together that fear will not win, because the God of hope is walking with us, the Lord Jesus is holding us securely and the Holy Spirit is filling our hearts with lasting peace. Father, thank You that You are the God of hope. Thank You that when our strength feels small, Your faithfulness remains great, and when our confidence begins to falter, Your promises remain sure. Lord Jesus, fill every listener with fresh courage today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, calm to troubled minds, wisdom to difficult decisions and quiet confidence to those facing uncertain circumstances. Help us to become people who carry Your hope into every conversation and every place You lead us. Holy Spirit, fill us afresh with joy, peace and steadfast faith, so that our lives reflect the goodness of Christ to everyone we meet today. Across the world, from Brisbane to Auckland, from Singapore to Atlanta and Guadalajara, may every listener overflow with the hope that comes from God alone and discover His peace in every circumstance.
