Romans Week 65

🔴 LIVE: THE MYSTERY REVEALED 📖 | Romans 16:21–27 This week, the Lindsay Clancy trial has captured national attention. Outside the courthouse, supporters gathered to frame the tragic murder of three children entirely around maternal mental health. While mental health and postpartum suffering are deeply real, our culture is suffering from a crisis of moral confusion. We are bowing to the idol of "untethered empathy"—the toxic idea that if we feel someone's pain, we cannot judge their actions. But biblical mercy says: your pain is real, but your actions still matter. We can hold deep compassion for a suffering mother without erasing the sacred value of innocent life. Today we are diving into the final verses of the greatest theological letter ever written: Romans 16:21–27. When our culture is overwhelmed by online hysteria and sentimental confusion, we don't need compassion without truth. We need the Gospel of Jesus Christ to establish us. We’re breaking down: ✅ Toxic Empathy vs. Biblical Mercy: Why Proverbs 17 warns us about justifying the wicked, and why Christians must be the clearest people in the room regarding justice and suffering. ⚖️ ✅ The Hidden Servants: Why the Kingdom of God has no "unimportant" service. Whether you preach like Paul, write like Tertius, or open your home like Gaius, your assignment counts. ✍️ ✅ The Gospel That Establishes You: Why we don't become steady by staring harder at ourselves, but by looking again at the finished work of Jesus. ⚓ ✅ The Obedience of Faith: The beautiful bookends of Romans. Discover why grace is not opposed to obedience—it is only opposed to earning. 🛡️ ✅ The Only Wise God: A powerful, sweeping summary of the entire book of Romans, ending exactly where all theology should end: with the glory of God. 👑 You do not have to be the Apostle Paul to change the world. Find your assignment, take your place in the family, and let the Gospel keep strengthening you. Let’s finish strong. 🛠️
