The almost daily changes between cautiously reopening restaurants and our economy and the increase of Covid-19 cases are having a devastating impact on our small business owners. The Golden Gate Restaurant Association estimates that the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on our favorite neighborhood restaurants could be that Fifty Percent of them will shut down permanently.
