But first, he checks in with TommyFreezePops (Tom Carroll) to talk about the weekend that was in the football world. There was a “quadruple-doink” this weekend in a college football game between Rice and Middle Tennessee State. Morten talks about this incredibly rare kicking occurrence, and whether or not he ever fell victim to the dreaded “doink” on a field goal attempt. With the Pittsburgh Steelers beating the Tennessee Titans to become the lone undefeated team remaining in the NFL, Morten talks about the mentality of heading into a game against a powerhouse opponent. Finally, Morten rants about that dreadful showing by Michigan State in their home opener against Rutgers.
