Ronnie has been open about his struggles with drugs and depression throughout his career, and has written two autobiographies in which he describes how he turned to running to remain focused and fit. Away from snooker, he’s a father of three and a bestselling crime novelist. Having first met Ronnie in my clinic just over a year ago, I’m lucky not only to call him a dear friend of mine but co-author of a book we’ve written together called - Top of Your Game: Eating for the Mind and Body, out Spring 2019.
