They also discuss Ray’s background, and he talks about a huge project he’s been working on in Downtown LA. Jim goes into a routine exercise to bring awareness to both your breathing and posture—he says it’s important to focus attention on your body, and getting both your mind and body energies on the same level. Jim also talks about his first marriage, and the idea of having a natural childbirth for his first daughter. He goes into more details about the various childbirths of his family, and by doing so, reveals never before heard details surrounding Adam’s birth.
