Roots of Fire
from Mind Realm Hosted by Podcraftr
In this episode of Mind Realm, Ronald Allen shares a powerful story set in 1982 Spanish Town about a young girl named Thea, who takes on the responsibility of looking after her ailing brother and mother. This dramatic shift in her life brings back memories of her late father: a strong, courageous man who taught her strength, honor, and martial arts, which she uses to face her troubles. Thea's life takes a turn when she decides to take the fight to Alton Morrow, a man exploiting and impoverishing local farmers. She is motivated by her father's values and the need to stand against injustice. Allen concludes by drawing attention to the strength within us that can bring about change, as does Thea.
