Week 3 — O: Ongoing Conversation (Prayer) Theme: Talking with God, not just to God Key Scriptures: • Matthew 6:9-13 • Philippians 4:6-7 • 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Big Truth: Prayer is a relationship, not a ritual. Teaching: • Breaking intimidation around prayer • Using the Lord's Prayer as a model • Listening as part of prayer Discussion Questions: 1. What do you find easiest/hardest about prayer? 2. When do you feel closest to God? 3. What would change if prayer became a daily rhythm? Practice for the Week: • Try a simple daily pattern: Thank – Ask – Listen or ACTS - Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication • Set aside 5–10 minutes each day
