Rory Gilmore's Failed Internship
from Decision Day Hosted by Leah Leverich
In Season 5 of Gilmore Girls, we watch as Rory goes to her first day of her first ever internship at the Stanford Eagle Gazette. I watched this episode ready to relate to her feelings being thrown right into the working world, but was extremely surprised with Rory’s performance and where the writers decided to take this plot?! If you’ve seen the show, you’d know that this job opportunity doesn’t end well for her… the outcome leaves her spiraling. Let’s break down where she went wrong, so you can avoid making the same mistakes as a young professional. Message me on social media with your thoughts!! Team Dean, Jess, Tristan or Logan??
