Ross Fire Still Burns Through Palo Pinto | Spokane News

The Ross Fire rages on in Palo Pinto County, now at 80,000 acres with just 12% containment, as crews battle fierce winds and rugged terrain. Local business owner Kent Ragle lost everything, forcing a painful restart, while power and internet restoration stalls amid smoke that’s blanketing the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Neighbors rally to move livestock and support each other, proving resilience in the face of devastation — including the loss of historic Worth Ranch, thankfully evacuated with no injuries. The cause remains unknown, but the community’s grit is lighting the way forward. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
