He holds an MS in Sport Psychology and Athletic Administration from Springfield College, where he coached the men's varsity soccer team. He is a former National United States Soccer Referee, officiating both professional and collegiate soccer. With over 25 years in the technology sector, primarily focusing on learning and education, Ross has spent nearly a decade with Apple.
