Rossi Talk: Learning to lead

Once again I have a conversation with Silas. This time we talk about tips and strategies for climbers looking to venture into lead climbing. Working with new leaders on rock(trad and sport) and ice is somewhat a specialty skillset that Silas and I both have in our guiding/instruction repertoire.
