Not a servant in a terrible and abusive manner, but just because that’s how it’s built; and they love the person, people or the task. But sometimes, we forget one important thing in this process… to service ourselves on the way too! Wow. Does that sound selfish? That’s exactly the problem, when you are the powerful Servant Leader who takes the job seriously, you AND EVERYONE ELSE can take your sustenance lightly along the way. Don’t do that!
