Shannon Shine is the co-host of the Bring Me 2 Life Podcast. She's an artist, creator, and spiritual guide. Her mission is to live a life that inspires others to transform themselves into the person they wish to be and to follow their dreams.Nick Mielnicki is a certified yoga instructor with 5 years experience in personal training.
