They bought the roughly 7.4-acre property for $14.65 million in 2020. The mansion is about 18,000 square feet with nine bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, and experts cited by the Post suggest a possible listing near $75 million, with a potential sale in the $55-$65 million range. ----- ONE STEP BEYOND (FOX NEWS) Michigan Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed says he would go beyond Bernie Sanders' proposal for public ownership of major AI companies, arguing for greater "public control" of the industry. He floated ideas including public representatives on corporate boards or a public oversight body, saying AI's risks justify stronger democratic control. The debate: regulation, public ownership, or government control? ----- WE HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT? (NOT THE BEE) The UK's Home Office has produced guidance for asylum seekers explaining British laws and expectations involving rape, sexual consent and child sexual abuse.
