Royals Acquire McGee, Shuffle Roster | Kansas City Royals News

The Royals snagged righty Easton McGee from Milwaukee for cash, sending him to Triple-A Omaha while shuffling Nick Mears to the 60-day IL. McGee, 28, logged two scoreless innings for the Brewers this year and boasts a solid 9-2 record with a 4.53 ERA in Triple-A since 2025, holding batters to a .239 average.
