Royals Battle Back, Fall Short 12-10

The Royals dug themselves into a deep hole early, as Stephen Kolek surrendered nine runs in under two innings, but they didn’t go quietly—Jac Caglianone blasted two homers, including his 12th of the year, and others like Loftin and Jensen kept it close. Despite a furious comeback, the Royals fell 12-10 to the Cardinals, dropping to 32-46. The Cards, led by JJ Weatherholt’s two homers, avoided being swept and split the season series. The Royals head to Tampa next, hoping to turn things around. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
