Royals' Injury Crisis Deepens | Kansas City Royals News

The Royals’ season is spiraling as Kris Bubic hits the 60-day IL again after a shoulder setback, adding to his long injury history—including Tommy John surgery and a rotator cuff strain. The team’s pitching woes deepen with Connor Seabold also sidelined, forcing calls up to Jose Cuas and Randy Dobnak. At 35-51 and last in their division, injuries are crippling their rotation and their rebuild. Bubic’s recent stats? 3-2, 4.11 ERA—when he was healthy. It’s a brutal stretch for a team already in rebuilding mode.
