Kansas City Royals pulled off a jaw-dropping 16-12 win over the New York Mets in a wild Tuesday night showdown, fueled by a historic offensive explosion. The Royals smashed 19 hits, with every starter getting at least one hit and six recording doubles. They clawed back from a 5-run deficit, erupting for 7 runs in the 7th inning to seal the victory. Tyler Tolbert tied a Major League record with 12 hits in 12 straight at-bats, going 5-for-6 with a homer in the game. Mets’ Juan Soto hit his 20th homer and A.J.
