RR 31 - Morning Show

Well, its 9 a.m. And the eggs have been eaten. The sun begins to beat the night lights out of your fuzzy head and all those moments of nocturnal mess are now clear as day. Well that is not at all accurate it takes a good three minutes to work out exactly what the show name is: „The Radio River From the Playns Flow Morning Show with host Adam Allegro von der Schnulze and Nitrous Love Haus.“

There are many guests, the first has come from Japan, Yosuke Ikeda, to perform his show. It is magical and uses Maths but not that classroom maths we all hate...or thought we did. How does Maths relate to creating a show? There is time to take off your shoes and enjoy the whiff of onions that lingers in Gut Alaune.

Is 9a.m really to early for Rio Funk? Surely not! If not then it must be time for Misch Masch, not the british expression for mess but a speciality of Bulgarian cuisine. It seems everything is going exactly to plan until a cat crawls onto stage and begins to explain nuckle tattoos; dumb dumb, Rice Show, I love you...wait, I think I regret that last one.

Elvis Presley gives me fever but Lou Reed gives you something quite different. This may all be sounding quite random. Possibly it is until „Mohammed and the hiccups“ give the background history of the festival and the fucked up place it once was. His brain is filled with Maths, Chaos, Apples and Knives.

Fortunately some clarity is brought by „Nikos- Defender of the Cables“ who shares his perspective on Progress and Masks; how do you develop a show, choose a character, bring people to tears. There is even time for „Simon the bread eating Frenchman“ with his toothbrush, Bathrobes and slow music. Not much happens. What is a renegade show anyway?!

Then Nitrous deals very slowly with the quick fire questions. Taking you on tour with Bowie and Iggy Pop, some trumpet tips, cows producing biomass and Neon self promotion. Why not? xx
