RRR Show – February 23, 2013

from Rapidly Rotating Records · host Glenn Robison

Welcome to "Rapidly Rotating Records," Glenn Robison's weekly, one hour radio program of "toe-tapping music from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and 30s", broadcast Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM over KISL FM 88.7 Avalon. As you know, last week we had a contest.  This week I'll reveal what the records from the first four segments of last week's show all had in common and announce the winner, but of course, you'll have to listen to the entire show to find out! No problem. You were going to listen to the entire show anyway, right? Of course you were. Before I give the answer, however, we're going to do some ramblin', hear some songs having to do with three magic words and do some vagabonding (yes, vagabond can be a verb.)  As always, just click on the link below to listen streaming online and/or download the show.  Your comments, requests and topic suggestions are always welcome. Enjoy the show!
