Egils Levits, President of Latvia, and Prof. Andris Sprūds, Director of the Latvian Institute of International Affairs and Professor at the Riga Stradiņš University. #RSF2021 The discussion in video format is also available on the Forum's website: www.rigasecurityforum.liia.lv.  The project is the result of successful cooperation between the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, the NATO Public Diplomacy Division, Friedrich-Ebert Foundation, Riga City Council as well as the embassies of Poland, Canada, Spain, and France in Latvia.
