It should be given at 32-36 weeks of gestational and 2 weeks prior to deliveryAfter birth, infants can be given an RSV immunization, either nirsevimab (Beyfortus) or clesrovimab (Enflonsia), which are RSV antibodies. These can be given to all infants less than 8 months old if the pregnant parent did not receive Abrysvo.
