The One 南園位於新竹、僅有20間房，卻讓人趨之若鶩。近期他們與明新科技大學簽署合作MOU，希望透過「品牌創價學程」打造全新的產學合作模式，未來修習此學程的同學，可於大四時實習，畢業後立即進入2年正職培訓，全學程實習加就業共3年，學生畢業2年即累積3年年資。本集我們邀請 The One 南園執行長劉邦初，他從科技業轉入文創產業，成功經營二十年。不僅成功輸出操作經驗到海外，同時也打造從科技、職人、文創、食藝到人才培育的創新模式。來聽聽他的經驗與未來願景規劃。
