Rubio on Iran, China and Japan: 'Iran is begging for a deal'

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Washington has no regrets about taking military action against Iran — and may even have waited too long. In an exclusive interview with NHK, he warned that Tehran faces economic collapse unless it agrees to a deal and pointed to Japan's capabilities as countries seek to protect shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
