After hearing Ruby at the Archangel Academy, I knew I wanted to share with my audience her story of radical growth and transformation through love. Ruby has struggled with anxiety, depression, and a lack of self-love for a long time, but through realizing her worth she has found peace, love, and acceptance.Today, Ruby Freemon is a transformational coach and a healer, but back before she hit her rock bottom, you may not have recognized her. Although she came from a loving, supportive home, she always felt there was a sadness that followed and was slowly enveloping her. She didn’t know what it was at the time, but she later learned that she had depression and anxiety.After an addiction to prescription drugs and alcohol turned to harder drugs, alcohol, and toxic relationships, Ruby hit rock bottom. She was working in the night life as a promoter and after a traumatic physical injury it suddenly hit her: You created this.She was only living the life that she thought she deserved. This awareness propelled her forward towards life and self-love as she began to recognize her worth.
