Proverbs Chapter 8 vs. 11 talks about the influence of possessing rubies. The value of a Ruby can help you obtain many desires. Will those desires help you please God ? Being a collector of fine jewelry is good, but being fascinated , and letting the value of your possessions fill your head with " False Importance & False Pride" is dangerous. The robber can steal them. The Economy can go into a recession, or you could lose them and be left with nothing. However, Godly wisdom cannot be de-valued, fade away or be removed from your heart or your spirit...unless YOU let it.
