Rule Of Wolves, Chapters 20-23

Thank you to Joanna for commissioning this episode! These chapters as just devastating. I was simply not ready for David to actually be gone. I really truly wasn't, and that whole scene was so difficult to read. I am so sad for Genya, who just doesn't seem like she can catch a fucking break, and I know there's no way to undo this terrible loss. Meanwhile, Nina is struggling to do something with herself after getting absolutely leveled by the news. Despite her terrible grief and guilt she manages to pull something together that's actually pretty impressive. Oh and the Darkling is on the move.
