So welcome to our first official book club in which we picked an author/book and break down a chapter each week. As a rule, we have always championed going to the source of a public figure you might have big feelings about. This week, we put this into practice with a mystery author who will be revealed at the end of the episode. As a brief backstory, Kailey listened to a first-hand interview (instead of clips on social media or an author's editorial) and realized there was a lot of value in this author's research and the way complex concepts are articulated so clearly. Thus, here we are, reviewing this author's rules for living life better.
