Rumor: New Pokemon Multiplayer Game

There are significant rumors and leaks suggesting the development of a new Pokémon multiplayer game. This game, codenamed 'Rodeo/Synapse,' is reportedly a co-op multiplayer title inspired by Nintendo's Splatoon series. According to leaks from a Game Freak hack, the game is being developed by ILCA and Game Freak, and it involves defeating and riding rampaging Pokémon. The game is expected to be available on both Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. The leaks indicate that the game has been in development since 2019, but its current status is unclear, with speculation that it might have been cancelled or reworked under the new codename 'Synapse.' The gameplay footage and details suggest a unique blend of Pokémon battles and cooperative gameplay, differing significantly from previous Pokémon games like Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Additionally, there are rumors about another potential Pokémon project, a massive open-world MMORPG, which could be part of Generation 10, codenamed 'Gaia.' However, the 'Rodeo/Synapse' game is the most detailed and recent leak related to a multiplayer-focused Pokémon game. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
