Brian Brainstorm follows up his latest outings with two tracks that hit from different angles while keeping the focus firmly on the dancefloor. The title track, Run Di Place, is a high energy slice of jump up, driven by punchy drums, weighty basslines and an infectious female reggae vocal that gives the track its unmistakable identity. Rather than softening the impact, the vocal cuts cleanly through the mix, adding a memorable hook to an otherwise uncompromising dancefloor weapon. The second cut, Just To FXXK It Up, sees Brainstorm joined by Fu for a tougher, more direct outing. Built around a gritty hip hop vocal and a no nonsense low end, it trades melody for attitude, pushing things into darker territory while keeping the momentum locked from start to finish. Together, the two tracks show Brian Brainstorm's ability to balance memorable vocal hooks with heavyweight club production. Different in character but equally effective, Run Di Place is another strong addition to the Serial Killaz Recordings catalogue.
