Run Yank Run 034: Keepin' On

Hi everyone, it's time once again for another podcast episode. Join me for another Sunday Bridges run. In this episode I talk about how the fledgling restart of my running is progressing, you get to hear some gusty wind (not me!), I share my first audio comment submitted by my podcasting inspiration, Nigel from the Running From The Reaper podcast, and I share some emails I received from the last podcast including one from JayDub of the B-HAG Running podcast. I also talk about upcoming Christmas plans and briefly touch upon my forays into meditation. Oh, and here's a picture I snapped with my Blackberry during a morning commute run: Featured Songs: "Ray Of Gob" by Mark Vidler of Go Home Productions Intro/Outro: "You Start It" by The Monikers from the Podsafe Music Network Download Episode 34
