Run Yank Run 044: I'm Baaack!

Once again, long time no see. A LOT has been going on since the last podcast episode and I try in my rambling way to recap in reverse chronological order all the drama and mundanity (is that a word?). My father had a heart attack and then a double bypass and valve replacement, so I hopped on a plane to Michigan in the US to be there for that. He is now recovering and we are all thankful that he made it through the surgery and is on the way to health. Another thing I do in the episode is review the Nike+ GPS Sportwatch that I have been using (when I have been running, that is). In short, it's a great option if you want a simple, elegant running watch and don't already have a Garmin. There, now you don't have to listen ;)I have really been missing running and will be making a new concerted effort to weave it back into what has become a pretty hectic life, but without it what is there?
