Run Yank Run 046: Weekend Runs

Hello folks, join me on a short 5K run on a sunny Sunday as I honour Nigel from the Running From The Reaper podcast for his Dailymile challenge of running 5K for 5 Years Of Podcasting. This was a recovery run after Saturday's half marathon with @stevechopper from the A Mile With Me podcast and @clewsy from the Velo Club podcast. Steve had planned a Mojo Loco London but for various reasons it ended up just being us for an impromptu run along the Thames from Richmond to Hampton Court and back. It was a great run with great company and we got some good conversations (and some walking) into a long afternoon of running in the sun and clouds.
