Bob Galinski is an ultra-runner recently completing the Virgil Crest 100 miler coming in third place overall. Bob has quite a resume of physical accomplishments ranging from getting his pro bodybuilding card, Adirondack 46er, Single Season winter Adirondack 46er, open water swimmer, former Jiu Jitsu student and Crossfitter. This is being recorded in September of 2022, and year to date Bob has run over 1,600 miles over the course of 219 runs and 408 hours. He has averaged 74 miles a week and has accumulated over 314,000 feet of vertical gain.
