Running 13:09 & 13:12 in the 5km (National Records!), Where Conner Mantz is Going, Mt Sac XC Letdown

back at it again :) sooooo the boys just got back from Boston where they raced in their season openers. and boy did they open their seasons in style: 1st place in 13:09 (Indoor Australian Record) for Ollie & 2nd place in 13:12 (Indoor New Zealand Record) for George! These were also both world champs/comm games qualifiers! we spend the first chunk of the podcast covering this race trip. we then talk about Conner Mantz going pro and our inside scoops on it. we talk about a few other things and get around to touching on the Mt Sac "Pro" XC Meet that also happened this past weekend - that the OAC was going to be competing in at one point. it was a great idea, but unfortunately ended up being a bit of a letdown, and we cover the reasons why for this. we play a little more #GoodForTheSport game and finish off! hope you guys enjoy!
