Running a Nonprofit During Chaos - Art Bavoso - The Analytive Podcast

from Analytive Podcast · host Tyler Brooks

If you run, volunteer with, give to, or serve on the board of a nonprofit organization, you’re likely feeling the pressure right now. As someone who has supported and been a part of several important nonprofit organizations, I wanted to reach out to a friend of mine who has tons of experience in helping nonprofits navigate the chaos. Art Bavoso (MS.Ed) is the founder, owner and President of Third Sector Enterprises, Inc., His professional experience in the nonprofit field spans many decades and includes senior-level positions at Partners Mentoring Youth, Larico Youth Homes, United Way, Colorado State University and the Health District of Northern Colorado. Art is a specialist in strategic planning, group facilitation and all aspects of fundraising (including donor qualification, capital campaigns and planned giving). Art Bavoso was also the recipient of the Administrator of the Year Award from the Colorado Juvenile Council and the Service to Mankind Award from the Overland Sertoma Club. As we discuss the impact of Coronavirus on nonprofits, I knew I had to have Art on the podcast. In this episode, he gives boards, directors, and non-profit managers sage advice on how to deal with this combination of health crisis and recession. So without further ado, here’s Art Bavoso. This is Tyler and you are listening to the Analytive Podcast. ****************************** The Analytive Podcast is created and hosted by Tyler Brooks at Analytive.
